Hello! I’m Tiffany Bush — born and raised in Northside, Cincinnati. I come from a close-knit and loving family, blessed to have two incredible fathers, a supportive mother, a sister who’s a dedicated nurse, and a brother who’s a skilled engineer. You could say compassion and hard work are in our DNA.

 

I became a mother at 20 and married my high school sweetheart at 22. Now, over two decades later, we’re still holding each other down — 24 years strong. Our son, now 23, is already a licensed DODD provider, and I couldn’t be more proud.

 

My educational journey began at Cincinnati State, where I studied Early Childhood Education. I became a CNA in 1999, but my true calling revealed itself in 2017 when I cared for my first home care client. I fell in love with the work, and that experience shifted everything. I never imagined I’d one day run my own agency — but God had a bigger plan. My heart is fully devoted to serving seniors and individuals with disabilities, and that passion continues to guide my purpose.

 

Before stepping fully into healthcare, I spent 16 years in the nonprofit fundraising world, leading galas, volunteer teams, and large-scale events. That experience shaped my leadership style and sharpened my ability to manage operations with care and excellence. Event planning is still a passion of mine — I continue to plan weddings, baby showers, and milestone celebrations in my spare time.

 

Today, I live in Springdale with my husband, our son, and our sweet dog. Outside of work, I enjoy long walks, great music, traveling the world with my husband, and embracing all things boss life. With the support of an incredible team, I now operate a thriving home healthcare agency committed to providing compassionate, in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities. From companionship and personal care to meal prep and medication reminders — we’re honored to serve our clients with dignity and heart.

 

This is just a small piece of my story — because, truthfully, it’s not about me. It’s about the people we care for every day. They are my why. They are the reason I go hard, and the reason I’m so grateful for this journey.
