Location: Residential Homes (Adults with Developmental Disabilities)
Type: Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN
As a Direct Support Professional at Lillie K Homes, you’ll be more than a caregiver—you’ll be a guide, advocate, and trusted companion. DSPs support adults with developmental disabilities in their day-to-day lives, helping them live independently, build life skills, and thrive in a safe, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with daily living tasks such as hygiene, cooking, cleaning, and medication reminders

Support community involvement and transportation to appointments or activities

Encourage independence and self-advocacy

Build strong, positive relationships with residents

Ensure safety and emotional well-being

Follow individual care plans and document progress
Ideal Candidate:
You are patient, reliable, and passionate about helping others grow and live life on their own terms. Previous experience is a plus but not required—we’ll train the right people.
Location: Client Homes (Senior Care)
Type: Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN
Our caregivers provide non-medical, in-home support to seniors who wish to remain independent while receiving compassionate assistance. You’ll work one-on-one with clients, providing companionship and essential daily care that brings peace of mind to families and dignity to our elders.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

Assist with meal prep, medication reminders, and light housekeeping

Offer companionship and emotional support

Monitor client safety and report changes to care teams

Ideal Candidate:
You are nurturing, dependable, and take pride in helping others feel safe, seen, and supported. Prior experience with senior care is helpful but not required.

Type: PRN (As Needed/Flexible Scheduling)

Whether you’re assisting in our residential homes, with in-home senior care, or providing transportation support, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our services consistent and caring.
